Software Architecture Expert Wanted

About the Job
  • We are seeking an experienced software architect to lead the design and development of software components and modules for automotive SoC platforms.

The ideal candidate will have strong C and C++ programming skills, as well as experience with rapid prototyping tools like Enterprise Architect. A good understanding of computer vision algorithms and approaches is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement software architecture for automotive SoC systems, considering performance, power efficiency, and safety-critical requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align software architecture with hardware design and automotive standards.
  3. Lead the design and development of software components and modules for automotive SoC platforms.
  4. Implement software solutions in compliance with industry standards such as ISO 26262.
  5. Optimize software performance for real-time constraints and resource efficiency.
  6. Conduct performance analysis and propose enhancements to meet automotive industry standards.
  7. Support Intellectual Property activities and generate Invention Disclosure Memos to facilitate patent applications.
  8. Represent the company at various Industry Working Groups and Conferences where directed.
Requirements
  • Strong C and C++ programming skills or strong rapid prototyping skills in Enterprise Architect for Modeling.
  • Good understanding of fundamental computer vision algorithms and approaches.
  • Excellent English language communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of innovation and motivation.
  • Excellent research experience.
  • Experience with automotive software standards such as AUTOSAR, ISO 26262, and familiarity with communication protocols like CAN, Ethernet.
  • Experience in QNX/Safertos, freeRTOS.
