Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished strategic transactions leader to spearhead the execution of mergers and acquisitions, encompassing growth strategies, target identification, deal execution, transaction structuring, and post-merger integration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive M&A strategies, prioritizing opportunities that drive business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify potential targets.
Deal Execution and Closure
  • Perform thorough valuations and prepare investment memoranda and board presentations.
  • Lead due diligence with internal teams and external advisors, ensuring seamless transaction execution.
Transaction Structuring and Negotiations
  • Structure deals aligning with legal and tax requirements, optimizing value for all stakeholders.
  • Negotiate agreements, facilitating timely transaction closure.
Post-Merger Integration and Synergy
  • Develop and execute integration plans, aligning key stakeholders and driving synergies.
  • Maintain close monitoring of transitions, post-deal performance, and synergy realization.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
  • Foster collaboration across functions to ensure deal alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with advisors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Education: CA, MBA (Finance), or CFA preferred.
  • Experience: 10–15 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, or Investment Banking, with a minimum of 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred.
