Job Description

The role of the AI Innovation Engineer is a critical catalyst in driving AI transformation, bridging technology with business needs to deliver competitive advantage through rapid development of intelligent financial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Full-Stack AI Applications
    • Using React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, and FastAPI
  • Build and Integrate LLM-Powered Features
    • Using frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI
  • Create Rapid Prototypes
    • Translating Business Requirements into Working Demonstrations
  • Collaborate Directly with Business Stakeholders
    • Envisioning and Architecting AI Solutions
  • Optimize Applications
    • For User Experience, Performance, and Scalability
  • Maintain and Enhance Existing AI Applications
    • Based on User Feedback

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or Related Technical Field
  • Equivalent Practical Experience through Intensive Coding Bootcamps or Self-Directed Learning with Strong Portfolio

Technical Certifications (Preferred):

  • AI/ML Certifications from Major Cloud Providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
  • Modern Web Development Certifications or Nanodegrees
  • LLM Application Development Courses or Specializations

Required Experience:

  • 0-2 Years of Professional Software Development Experience
  • Demonstrated Full-Stack Development through Professional Projects, Internships, or Substantial Personal Projects
  • Hands-On Experience with AI/ML Applications, LLM Integration, or Intelligent System Development
  • Portfolio Showcasing Complete Web Applications with Frontend and Backend Components

Preferred Experience:

  • Previous Internships or Projects in Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services
  • Open-Source Contributions to AI/ML Projects or Web Development Frameworks
  • Hackathon Participation with Focus on AI or Fintech Solutions
