About the Role

We seek a talented Data Scientist Associate to join our Analytics Team. As a key member, you will leverage data-driven insights to optimize technology performance and developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable solutions.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in product development.
  • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast product performance and operational processes.
  • Design and conduct experiments to validate model outcomes and ensure accuracy.
  • Create dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Three years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization techniques such as SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Experience with data warehousing technologies like Snowflake, Databricks, or Redshift.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data mining.
  • Ability to tackle complex problems and learn quickly.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and proficiency in Atlassian tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics engineering tools like dbt and Airflow.
  • Understanding of DevEx metrics and software deployment pipelines.
  • Experience with AI technologies, including prompt engineering and proof-of-concept development.
