Purpose of the role: The AI Innovation Engineer focuses on being a catalyst for AI transformation, bridging technology with business needs, and driving competitive advantage through rapid development of intelligent financial applications.

Primary Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack AI applications using React, Type Script, Next.js, Python, and Fast APIBuild and integrate LLM-powered features and agentic AI solutions using frameworks like Lang Graph and Crew AICreate rapid prototypes that translate business requirements into working demonstrations Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to envision and architect AI solutions Optimize applications for user experience, performance, and scalability Maintain and enhance existing AI applications based on user feedback Key Performance Indicators Delivery Speed: Complete prototype development from concept to demo within 1-2 weeks User Satisfaction: Achieve 85%+ positive feedback scores on application usability Business Impact: Deliver 2-3 production-ready AI features per quarter Innovation Metrics: Generate and prototype 1-2 new AI solution concepts monthly Collaboration Effectiveness: Successfully translate 90%+ of business requirements into technical solutions Code Quality: Maintain clean, maintainable codebases with comprehensive documentation Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Development, or related technical field Equivalent practical experience through intensive coding bootcamps or self-directed learning with strong portfolio Technical Certifications (Preferred)AI/ML certifications from major cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)Modern web development certifications or nanodegrees LLM application development courses or specializations Required Experience0-2 years of professional software development experience Demonstrated full-stack development through professional projects, internships, or substantial personal projects Hands-on experience with AI/ML applications, LLM integration, or intelligent system development Portfolio showcasing complete web applications with frontend and backend components Preferred Experience Previous internships or projects in fintech, banking, or financial services Open-source contributions to AI/ML projects or web development frameworks Hackathon participation with focus on AI or fintech solutions Experience working directly with business stakeholders or non-technical users Basic understanding of financial regulations, data security, or compliance
