Lead ServiceNow Capability and Delivery Unit

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit with a strong focus on practice building and solution architecting.

  • 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice Leader in an IT services company.

Key Expectations:

  • Demonstrate industry expertise – deep understanding of the industry trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of the ServiceNow eco-system, company, and product roadmap, understand various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, market trends including other competitor enterprise products.
  • Experience in handling global responsibility (US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions)
  • Drive delivery of successful client implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Growth of business in current accounts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and networking skills, work in a matrix organization and manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment. The role requires driving delivery of successful client implementations and growing business in current accounts.

Additional requirements include experience in multiple account management with profit and loss responsibility and having a deep understanding of the ServiceNow system integrators eco-system, competitive positioning, and market share.
