Role Summary

  • We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow professional to develop and configure solutions for clients.

About the Role:

This position requires a strong background in developing and configuring the ServiceNow platform, particularly within ITSM, HRSD, CMDB, and EC Portal Development modules.

The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow, having worked on multiple projects and implementations. They should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow solutions for clients
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 5+ years of hands-on development experience on ServiceNow platform overall
  • 2+ years of hands-on development & configuration on the ServiceNow Service Portal
  • Experience working on at least one end-to-end implementation of a ServiceNow module
