Corporate Leasing Senior Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Leasing Senior Marketing Lead to oversee and develop effective marketing strategies for corporate leasing. This role involves driving sales and marketing initiatives, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring property management standards are consistently met.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To design, implement, and execute successful marketing campaigns for corporate leasing
  • To provide superior customer support to clients and stakeholders, addressing their needs promptly and professionally
  • To ensure that property management standards are upheld efficiently, meeting or exceeding client expectations
  • To collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve revenue growth targets and drive business expansion
  • To stay updated on industry trends and competitor analysis, making informed decisions to maintain a competitive edge

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
