Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive leasing plans to enhance portfolio performance.
  • Lead a high-performing team of leasing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of competitors and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop annual rental budgets and forecasts.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, supply and demand, pricing, and competition to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in marketing and leasing, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving portfolio performance.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and an extensive network of contacts.
