At a cutting-edge organization, we are a dynamic team engaged in developing next-generation missions and technologies (NGM&T) towards future warfare needs of the Indian defense forces.

We are undertaking research to enhance persistence and autonomy for unmanned vehicles and robotic swarms. Our product development portfolio includes a solar power stratospheric high-altitude pseudo-satellite (HAPS) unmanned platform and an air/ground launched stand-off autonomous system.

Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, oversee and enforce the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals.
  • Evaluate financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis.
Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of Indian GAAP, including IndAS
  • Timely closure of books every month and Investor reporting
  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management
  • Effective implementation of processes
  • Experience in managing Big 4 auditors
  • Experience in implementation of ERP
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • CS, CPA, CFA CMA are a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.

Requirements:

  • Should have managed a team of at least 5-10 employees.
  • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
  • Understanding of US GAAP and Indian GAAP, including IndAS accounting standards
