About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Manager, driving finance strategy and leading transactions. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial modeling, taxation laws, and accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans for start-ups and high-growth companies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design governance frameworks tailored to their needs.
  • Analyze valuations for fundraises, M&A transactions, and cross-border setups, adhering to relevant legislation.
  • Conduct due diligence projects, including financial health checks, revenue analysis, and working capital assessments.
  • Provide tax structuring advice for business models and transactions, incorporating ESOPs and holding structures.
  • Manage multiple client engagements with professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Mentor junior colleagues to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA with 4–6 years of experience in transaction advisory or start-up finance teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting standards, taxation laws, financial modeling, and valuation principles.
  • Proven track record in client servicing and team management.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
  • Prior experience working with start-ups or within the start-up ecosystem is highly preferred.
