**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Façade Access Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide façade access advice and design expertise on challenging single or multi-disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the design team to integrate façade access systems into projects.
  • Lead the design to achieve optimal cost, aesthetic impact, and functionality while ensuring health and safety practices.
  • Prepare façade access strategy reports during key design stages.
  • Develop Employer's Requirements Documentation and System Specifications for façade access and replacement systems.
  • Review contractor drawings and inspect construction sites to ensure compliance with specifications, design intent, and relevant legislation.
  • Manage multiple façade access consulting projects simultaneously and collaborate with clients.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and available technologies in façade access.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working with façade access systems, either in consultancy or contractor roles.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of façade access systems, performance, operation, engineering standards, practices, regulations, and legislation.
  • Be an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with a relevant academic background.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit and 3D design software.
