Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the charge on our Identity & Access Management Continuous Improvements initiative.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in stabilizing and enhancing existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environments, ensuring they support secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management.

This effort aims to improve data quality, reduce operational risks, and lay the foundation for automation and future scalability across our identity infrastructure.

The analyst will work closely with the CI Project team and other technical resources to test and translate business/technical requirements for changes and deployments, ensuring all established security controls are executed and enforced as it applies to Identity Access Management tools and access.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute comprehensive test cases for SIT and UAT, focusing on functional changes
  • Ensure products and services meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations
  • Liaise with various stakeholders within the project team (Devs, BAs, BAU, Product Owners, etc.)
  • Provide regular updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls
  • Record accurate test results in JIRA and capture relevant evidence
  • Stay abreast of industry developments and share knowledge with team members

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
  • Experience in utilizing Identity and Access Management suites or similar access provisioning tools
  • Familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases, including Windows, UNIX, Azure, CyberArk, Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MS SQL), Mainframe, Lotus Notes, SAP, and Active Directory user access administration protocols
  • Knowledge of Java programming and SQL
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment by prioritizing tasks and escalating/communicating issues as required
  • Ability to seek assistance when needed to overcome obstacles
  • Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a QA role
  • 4+ years of experience working in IT Security-related projects, access controls, Identity and Access Management
  • University Degree (Bachelors) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST)
