Guest Service Associate Front Office Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front office department, where all aspects of the guest experience are delivered to a high standard.

  • As part of our team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding promptly and professionally to guest enquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • You will take ownership of your duties and tasks, working in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Your key objective will be to deliver on departmental plans and objectives, achieving hotel initiatives targets and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
  • You will work closely with your immediate supervisor, managing costs and inventory, achieving productivity and performance levels, and promoting the company culture and values.
  • It is essential that you adhere to all legislation and best practice activities, ensuring compliance and performing follow-up as required.
Requirements for Success

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in front office operations, although not essential, a hands-on approach with a can-do attitude is highly desirable.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional guest service, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • The ability to find creative solutions, taking ownership of your duties and tasks.
  • Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
