As a seasoned professional in collections and dispute resolution, you'll play a pivotal role in formulating and implementing impactful collections strategies. You'll oversee the dispute resolution process, ensure efficient cash application support, and contribute to the Order to Cash lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

2. Develop and assess collection strategies to optimize the recovery of outstanding balances.">
3. Generate and analyze AR aging reports, prioritizing customer accounts based on collections strategies.">
4. Prepare and dispatch statements of accounts, collections notices, and dunning letters to customers via email.">
5. Contact customers for payment through phone and email, adhering to collections strategy.">
6. Escalate accounts within the customer’s organization and internally as per collection strategy.">
7. Take necessary actions, including legal steps, to expedite resolution.">
8. Gather necessary information and prepare documents for settlement cases.">
9. Approve installment and settlement plans within the scope of authority.">
10. Track and follow up on customer payment promises related to settlements.">
11. Escalate accounts and take necessary actions for resolution, including legal steps.">
12. Prepare documentation/reports for governance meetings with Key Accounts Managers.">
13. Manage bad debt write-offs, including forecasting, approval, and reconciliation.">
14. Initiate refund requests for credit balances upon customer request.">
15. Create refund reports, reconciling requests with payments received.">
16. Review daily unidentified remittances report and assist with payment clearing.">
17. Perform customer accounts reconciliation.">
18. Respond to inquiries from customers or internal stakeholders regarding account reconciliations.">
19. Engage resolution owners for timely dispute resolution.">
20. Research and resolve disputes, including collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.">
21. Provide support for escalated dispute cases and inform customers of resolution outcomes.">
22. Manage customer deductions by obtaining backup documentation, reviewing documents, and assessing eligibility/validity.">
23. Deliver effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.">
24. Providing mentorship to foster professional growth and development within the team.">
25. Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).">
26. Drive process improvement initiatives for enhanced operational efficiency.">
27. Take a proactive leadership approach, championing continuous improvement efforts within the team.">

Qualifications We Seek:
