Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Performance Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing process performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that business requirements are met from an end-to-end perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and analyze trends in process performance using data analytics and process mining tools.
  2. Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement.
  3. Reduce variations in processes by analyzing deviations from standard processes and enforcing adherence to standards.
  4. Provide process expertise in global projects.
  5. Develop and maintain KPI frameworks within GES HRSS.
  6. Review the impact and risks of needed and proposed changes to GES HRSS processes and tooling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of overall work experience, preferably in Shared Services environments.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in large global ICT or Shared Services environments.
  • Excellent understanding of data analytics, dashboards building, automation, and process performance management.
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills, confident in dealing with conflicting interests of various stakeholders.
  • Able to collaborate across multiple stakeholders, departments, and countries.
