We are currently seeking a skilled oncology billing specialist to join our team. As an AR professional with a strong background in oncology billing and collections, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely follow-up on unpaid claims and resolving outstanding accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact insurance companies to follow up on oncology-related claims and resolve account discrepancies.
  • Review and analyze denied or underpaid oncology claims and take corrective actions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all calls, claim status, and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with billing, coding, and clinical teams to address claim discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Meet productivity and quality targets as per established standards.
  • Evaluate EOBs, remittance advice, and claims adjudication processes to optimize workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in oncology billing and AR processes.
  • Strong understanding of oncology-specific coding, modifiers, and payer guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle complex conversations professionally.
  • Proficiency with healthcare billing software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
