  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance business outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary custodian of service level agreements, on-time delivery rates, and overall operational performance.

As a strategic leader, you will analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and execute them effectively. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaboration abilities.

Strategic Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing a national operations roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborating with sales, supply chain management, safety, and finance teams to optimize operational efficiency and drive business results.
  • Establishing clear goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all operational teams and ensuring execution through structured reviews.
  • Serving as the primary custodian of service level agreements (SLAs), on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery rates, and overall operational performance.

You will contribute to enhancing operational processes, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business success by working closely with cross-functional teams.
