Job Title:

Senior Sourcing Consultant

Implement and configure sourcing solutions to drive digital transformation.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Configure and customize sourcing workflows, templates, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.
  • Provide functional expertise on sourcing processes, workflows, and best practices.
  • Conduct system testing, training, and user support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to sourcing functionality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Ariba Sourcing.
  • Hands-on experience with Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management).
  • Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with upstream solutions (Sourcing, Contract Management, SIPM).
  • Familiarity with SAP ECC / S4 HANA integration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ariba certification is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to downstream modules (P2P, Buying & Invoicing).
  • Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations.
  • Knowledge of supplier enablement and compliance processes.
