Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support the lease review process for office, residential, and vehicle leases across global regions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the initial review of business case drafts and lease agreements. Additionally, they will coordinate with Operations and Regional Legal teams during each stage of the lease review.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and respond to lease-related queries and requests via designated channels.
  • Support the lease team in routing business cases for approval from senior leadership and the Executive Committee.
  • Facilitate the signing process by identifying appropriate signatories (local or regional).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B or equivalent).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Familiarity with contract law and lease agreements (training will be provided).
