Empower Children: Become a Child Safety Educator

Job Description:

As a Child Safety Educator, you will be responsible for conducting child safety awareness programs in schools across India. Your primary goal will be to educate children about the importance of personal safety and provide them with the necessary skills to protect themselves from harm.

The role involves delivering engaging and age-appropriate sessions to students from standards 4th to 9th, emphasizing Good Touch and Bad Touch concepts. You will also provide students and educators with an understanding of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act, 2012, including their rights and responsibilities.

Additionally, you will develop and adapt content to ensure it aligns with students' needs and the POCSO Act guidelines. This may involve creating educational materials, such as brochures, posters, or presentations, to support your training sessions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field
  • Background in training, education, people communication, client communication or social work
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience
