Overview

We are seeking a skilled Montessori Educator to join our team at Trust Field School.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages independent learning and holistic development in young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans based on the Montessori method.
  • Facilitate hands-on learning experiences for students using various Montessori materials and teaching tools.
  • Monitor and document student progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues regarding student development and curriculum planning.
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming classroom atmosphere, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate degree in Education or related field (Montessori training/certification preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Montessori or preschool teaching role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of child psychology and early childhood education principles.
