Senior ServiceNow Portal Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Portal Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal, AngularJS, and integrations, and be passionate about building intuitive and scalable portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portals for clients with diverse needs.
  • Implement responsive UI components using AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
  • Build and maintain widgets, UI pages, macros, and client scripts to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Integrate portals with third-party apps via REST/SOAP APIs to expand functionalities.
  • Optimize portal performance, accessibility, and usability through data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure best practices on security and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow Portal Development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal, AngularJS, and familiarity with UI Builder, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Macros.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, external integrations, and CMS, Workflow, and Service Catalog features.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow security and access controls.
