Our expertise spans multiple industries such as banking, finance, insurance, technology, healthcare, retail, and supply chain.

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in IT, with a focus on SAM and related technologies.

Key Skills and Requirements

  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a ServiceNow Architect role.
  • A deep understanding of ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) module, with demonstrable expertise.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, specifically tailored for hardware assets.
  • A proven track record of designing and implementing complex integrations between ServiceNow SAM and other systems.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the entire hardware asset lifecycle, from strategic planning to procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Flow Designer, Service Portal, Custom Application Development, Scripting (JavaScript), and best practices.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL principles, particularly as they apply to asset management.
