Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and digital communication channels to convert leads into bookings.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and itineraries to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Promote travel products and services to meet or exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive follow-up and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to make informed business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve sales goals and resolve customer issues.
  • Familiarity with popular travel destinations and holiday packages is an asset.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
