Job Description

This role will provide proposal support services, utilizing digital tools to assist with content development, organization, and management. The primary focus will be on supporting the Strategic Proposals Group (SPG), but may expand to other sectors over time.

  • Proposal Support
    • Develop standardized templates and customize as necessary.
    • Create high-quality content, including writing, editing, formatting, optimization, and publishing.
    • Plan, organize, schedule, and post content on social media platforms.
    • Design engaging presentations and develop visual aids.
    • Collect and compile project descriptions.
    • Assist in developing RFP compliance matrices and proposal audits.
    • Oversee proposal close-out activities, including filing, searching for personal identifiable information (PII), and conducting market research.
  • Digital Tools and Administrative Support
    • Manage QorusDocs, Wrike, and Salesforce effectively.
    • Perform tasks such as new account creation, terminated account cleanup, report development, eProposal login, and RFP subscription service.
    • Maintain a resume database and perform data entry.
    • Initiate sector proposal content digitalization initiatives.
    • Post relevant content on Yammer and maintain licenses for digital tools.
    • Convert client account plans from other formats and create dashboards in PowerBI.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role in a professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, Teams).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Software, specifically Adobe Acrobat and InDesign.
  • Functional use of Salesforce or other CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent writing skills, strong verbal communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ability to work harmoniously in a team environment and develop good working relationships across the organization.
  • Self-directed with sound organizational and time management skills.
  • A solid understanding of consulting business principles and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to deliver effective customer service and high-quality work within established timeframes.
