Marketing Communications Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled marketing communications professional to join our team as a Marketing Communications Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals and objectives.
  • Build and Maintain Brand Identity: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain our brand's visual identity, messaging, and overall tone.
  • Manage Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Communication.
  • 12+ years relevant work experience in marketing communications, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various audience segments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
