About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer to take on a lead role in our dynamic team. As a seasoned professional with a strong focus on .Net technologies, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust backend services and APIs while leveraging AI development tools to enhance productivity.

In this key leadership position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, collaborating with junior developers to mentor and guide them in their growth. You will also participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring high-quality standards are met.

As a senior member of our team, you will have a significant impact on shaping the direction of our software development efforts, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of your work. Your expertise and experience will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using C# and .NET frameworks.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure application security and data protection through best practices.
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest .NET technologies and development trends.

Expertise Required:

  • 8–12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • Proven experience in developing enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and .NET Framework.
  • Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is preferred.
  • Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
  • Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React/Blazor (preferred)
  • Database: SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ
  • Tools & Platforms: Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins
  • Testing: NUnit, xUnit, Moq
  • Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
  • Other Skills: RESTful services, microservices architecture, performance tuning, security best practices
