We are seeking a skilled technical professional to ensure seamless connectivity for our offshore teams. The successful candidate will bring expertise in Mac and Windows environments, JAMF, AVD, MDM, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT infrastructure or technical support experience.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Mac and Windows operating systems.
  • Experience managing JAMF, AVD, and MDM tools and environments.
  • Deep understanding of VDI platforms, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
  • Proficient in resolving Microsoft 365 suite issues (Teams, Outlook, Intune).
  • Solid understanding of networking, VPN technologies, and internet protocols.
  • Familiarity with development tools such as GitHub, IntelliJ, Visual Studio, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Notepad++, and OpenVPN.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and analytical skills.

Job Benefits
