Job Title: Senior Legal Manager

Our organization seeks an experienced Senior Legal Manager to oversee our legal operations. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting letters and legal notices, managing documents, and ensuring compliance with corporate and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting of Letters and Legal Notices:
  • Prepare accurate and well-drafted letters and legal notices in response to various situations.
  • Document Management:
  • Organize and maintain all company documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Legal Advisory:
  • Provide expert advice on business operations, new laws, and case laws affecting the company.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
  • Ensure adherence to corporate and regulatory laws, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Litigation and Arbitration:
  • Coordinate with external lawyers on ongoing litigation and arbitration cases, maintaining accurate records.
  • Internal Partnerships:
  • Collaborate with internal departments to minimize legal implications and optimize business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong communication and drafting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Candidates from law firms, real estate, or construction backgrounds.
  • Experience in Delhi (NCR) or Gurugram preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of RERA regulations and other applicable laws.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in similar roles within the real estate or construction sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
