Job Title: Psychologist (Multiple Positions)

We are a leading emotional wellness platform in India. We work closely with corporations, colleges, and mental health professionals to make emotional wellness accessible and stigma-free.

This role is part of a structured student wellness initiative at a premier institute in West Bengal. We seek skilled psychologists to join our team as overnight mental health support specialists on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our portal.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • Have (1 - 8 years) experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
  • Be comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Be fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).
  • Willing to stay on campus.
