Financial Accuracy Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Invoicing Specialist to play a vital role in maintaining financial accuracy of our operations. As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and issuing invoices to customers while meeting delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities:- Invoice Preparation: Prepare and issue invoices to customers.
- Timely Delivery: Meet invoice delivery timelines.
- Customer Portal Entry: Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites.
- Electronic Submission: Submit invoices by electronic data interchange.
- Customer Specific Requirements: Understand key areas in invoicing specific to customer.
- Invoice Accuracy Check: Check each field on the invoices before submission.
- Supporting Documentation: Ensure all support and backups are in place and attached to invoices.
- System Update: Timely and immediate update on invoice submission status in Navision.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files as reference.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the payroll & invoicing team and accelerate the invoice submission process.
- Account Statements: Send out statement of accounts to customers.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets, any mismatch in billing/payment to be sorted and ensure AR hygiene.
- Rejections & Adjustments: Handle invoice rejections and credit and rebills.
- Process Documentations: Maintain SOP/standard guide for complete invoicing process account-wise and update it timely.
- Platform Improvement: Continuous support for improvement of platforms for invoicing.
- Credit Control Support: Assist Credit control in invoicing and collection of payment.
- Experience: Fresh graduates to a maximum of 1.5 years of relevant experience in invoicing.
- Qualification: Commerce or finance background (B. Com/M. Com/BBA/MBA).
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Technical Skill: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).
- Other Skill: Good analytical and logical skills.
- Accounts Knowledge: Good accounting knowledge.
