Job Description:

As a key member of the data quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data for AI researchers and engineers.

  • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to understand data collection requirements and objectives.
  • Develop detailed workflows and communicate them effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Execute on data collection and evaluation workflows with minimal supervision and high productivity.
  • Innovate data collection methods to achieve efficient data acquisition.
  • Work collaboratively with peers and stakeholders to maximize data throughput while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Conduct in-depth research using LLM models to gather accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Evaluate content and provide detailed feedback to ensure high quality and informativeness.
  • Verify factual integrity and mitigate the risk of misinformation in trained LLMs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Hindi is required, along with full professional proficiency in reading and writing.
  • Graduate with distinction and deep cultural knowledge from a top-tier US and international university or institute.
