Driver Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in a critical role that involves driving supply growth and managing on-ground operations across cities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership skill set, with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions. They will be responsible for building and maintaining healthy supply in cities, conducting CSat/PSat activities, driver research & survey activities, supporting cross-functional teams, managing large fleets for acquisitions & retentions, conducting market share analysis & creating plans to improve our footprints in the market, searching, hiring & retaining offline & online recruiters, building relationships with local authorities for effective supply mgmnt., developing GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers, taking ownership of different new projects & initiatives to drive brand name in the market, identifying supply gaps within different areas and establishing new channels of acquisition, and extensive travel to different cities within country to manage on-ground operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain healthy supply in cities
  • Conduct CSat/PSat activities, driver research & survey activities
  • Support cross-functional teams - GTM, marketing, legal, GR teams
  • Manage large fleets for acquisitions & retentions
  • Conduct market share analysis & create plans to improve our footprints in the market
  • Search, hire & retain offline & online recruiters
  • Build relationships with local authorities for effective supply mgmnt.
  • Develop GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers
  • Take ownership of different new projects & initiatives to drive brand name in the market
  • Identify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisition
  • Extensive travel to different cities within country to manage on-ground operations
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skill set is a must with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions
  • Grittiness: You never hesitate to roll up your sleeves and tackle something hands-on
  • You are a go-getter with the ability to solve & handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data for solving large-scale operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment
  • Startup experience is a must
