The role of the Oracle Cloud SCM Functional Consultant involves leading the delivery of integrated supply chain solutions. This hands-on and client-facing position focuses on gathering business requirements, running workshops, designing supply chain configurations, and implementing Oracle Cloud SCM modules to deliver value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and facilitation: Engage stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain to identify process requirements and system objectives.
  • Solution design: Map requirements to Oracle Cloud SCM modules, aligning processes to standard Oracle functionality.
  • Configuration and implementation: Configure inventory management, resource allocation, transactions, replenishment, forecasting, safety stock policies, consensus demand processes, requisitions, purchase orders, supplier management, sourcing, and approvals for managing item master data and inventory organisations.
  • Stakeholder management and project delivery: Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and action logs to the project manager and stakeholders.
