Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead the design, implementation and support of SAP Customer Service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP CS implementations, upgrades and support activities.
  • Provide expert functional and technical guidance on SAP CS processes such as service orders, notifications, contracts, warranty management, returns and claims.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP CS solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP CS module to optimize customer service workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated from support teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (SD, MM, PM, CRM) to ensure seamless integration of SAP CS with other modules.
  • Prepare and review functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support teams, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions and user support to maximize system adoption.
  • Stay updated with SAP CS latest features, tools and industry trends, recommending continuous improvements.
