Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO consultant to lead our finance and controlling projects. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of experience in SAP Finance & Controlling, with a strong focus on configuration, process improvements, and project delivery.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAP FICO solutions that align with our global business processes. They will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing expertise in SAP FICO configuration, process improvements, project delivery, and support.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, etc.) in alignment with business requirements.
  • Analyze complex business processes and propose best-practice SAP solutions.
  • Support rollouts and global template deployments for new company codes, legal entities, and business units.
  • Work closely with other SAP functional and technical consultants (SD, MM, PP, BASIS, ABAP) to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations, preferably including S/4HANA.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Finance (GL, AP, AR, Bank Accounting, Asset Accounting, Tax, Cost Center, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).
  • Strong integration knowledge with other modules (SD, MM, PP).
