About the Role:

  • This senior production role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing tasks and managing a high-performing team.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement production plans to maximise efficiency and productivity.
  2. Manage production costs to improve profitability.
  3. Supervise production line workers to maintain a high-performing team.
  4. Continuously improve production processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  5. Ensure that production activities comply with safety regulations to prevent accidents.
  6. Collaborate with supply chain, sales, R&D, and other departments to align production with market demand.
  7. Regularly prepare production reports, analyse production data, and provide decision-making support to management.
  8. Handle unexpected situations during production and make quick decisions to minimise impact.
  9. Stay updated on the latest production technologies and methods to drive innovation.
  10. Ensure all production activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  11. Foster team spirit and build a high-performing production team.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  3. Proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
  4. Proven experience in production management.
  5. Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and knowledge of production technologies.
  8. Strong organisational skills and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Ability to adapt to change quickly.
