
Sales Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a Sales Business Executive to join our organization.
Job Description:- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and align regional sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Track sales and collections by area, month, and product; implement effective stock management practices.
- Train and coach dealer sales teams, review performance, and recommend performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Plan and expand dealership networks; assign targets and conduct regular visits to dealers for support and interaction.
- Identify prospects, grow business from existing accounts, and boost sales; foster strong relationships with dealers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Support brand promotion, demand creation, and market development; assist dealers with marketing efforts and coordinate queries with headquarters.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related disciplines is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali languages is required.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the bike accessories and helmets sector or in technically-driven products, is essential.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Strong customer service skills and relationship management abilities.
- Passion for biking is a desirable asset.
