A company in the technology services sector is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to fill a Business Development role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful business relationships, driving sales growth, and achieving performance targets.
The job involves creating and executing a sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strong relationships with clients. The candidate will also be responsible for collaborating with marketing teams to generate qualified leads and contributing to the development of cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a sales pipeline, cultivating new client relationships, and negotiating contracts.
- Maintaining accurate records of account and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Developing and implementing action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets.
- Exploring cross-selling opportunities within existing client relationships for infrastructure consulting services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the contingent staffing industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (IST). Job type – Remote.
