Job Summary



We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Group Inventory Coordinator to join our team at AccorHotel.



Responsibilities:




  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the group inventory management process, ensuring accurate and timely entry of new, revised, and canceled convention room blocks in the Property Management System (PMS).
  • Conduct daily inventory controls to release rooms, extend cutoffs, and adjust availability as determined by sales contracts, group pickup meetings, or revenue management.
  • Communicate with sales and revenue teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in group inventory management.
  • Attend revenue management pickup preconvention and other designated meetings as required.
  • Provide service recovery for reservations-related guest complaints and provide feedback if necessary to the customer and other departments.
  • Assist with training other hotel team members on reservations procedures and principles as needed.
  • Ensure that all rooms statistics reports, Report of Operations, and any other related reports are accurate and consistent.


Requirements:




  • College degree in hotel management.
  • Three years of experience in hotel reservations and rooms division.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, available technology (PMS & RMS), and all distribution channels.
  • Understanding of the dynamics of regional & local market, local competitors, and events of the destination.


Work Environment:



This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
