About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in overseeing and driving the successful delivery of background verification programs for our clients.
This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, as well as the ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of client-specific background verification programs.
- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient execution of verification projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
- Identify key project risks and work to mitigate them, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and meeting client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, HR, compliance, IT, etc.) to ensure smooth program execution.
- Facilitate regular project status meetings, track progress, and ensure action items are completed.
Mandatory Skills and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations, preferably in a background verification, HR, or compliance-related industry.
- A proven track record of managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage relationships and negotiate effectively.
