Program Manager Position Overview

This role requires a seasoned professional to lead cross-functional teams in driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing strong relationships with Engineering and Operations teams to drive convergence between development schedule, module ramp requirements, and new product launch
  • Driving NPI/PRQ readiness with Engineering, Operations and OEM teams by planning build requirements, tracking material availability and overseeing build execution
  • Influencing product manufacturability, testability and supply chain responsiveness in pursuit of low cost and flexibility while stewarding quality
  • Managing communications, both upward and downward, through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of program management experience in high volume manufacturing
  • Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with office software and spreadsheets
  • Experience working in a global environment with willingness to travel up to 50%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Leadership abilities with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary groups to drive schedule and task prioritization
  • Ability to lead without authority, foster trust and build credibility
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated critical thinking capabilities

Requirements:

  1. MS degree/MBA or equivalent preferred
  2. Leadership experience leading team meetings and syncs
  3. Ability to present to executive level management on program status, recommendations and priorities
