About Our Operational Readiness Role:

We are seeking a highly strategic leader to oversee the successful implementation and launch of new products, services, campaigns, and initiatives. This pivotal role ensures that all operational aspects - people, processes, and technology - are fully prepared and optimized before go-live, minimizing risks and maximizing business impact.

This critical position serves as the bridge between strategy, development, and execution, driving cross-functional alignment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust operational readiness framework and methodology for all initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify operational impacts, define requirements, and ensure seamless transitions for new launches.
  • Proactively identify potential operational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing and executing mitigation plans to ensure smooth deployment and minimize disruption.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for operational readiness, building strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders to manage expectations and secure necessary resources.
  • Define clear operational handoff criteria and ensure all necessary documentation, training, and support structures are in place for teams post-launch.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of operational readiness efforts, driving continuous improvement post-launch.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a premier institution is required. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, product launch, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity, preferably within Marketing & Sales or related functions.

Demonstrated experience in large-scale program management, change management, and process improvement methodologies is essential. Strong understanding of M&S processes, systems, and technologies, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, is also required.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously is essential.
