Senior Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team at Guidehouse. As a key member of our EBO Accounts Receivable team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and directing the production of our associates on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily schedules to ensure efficient workflow and meet deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with superiors and associate operations to address any challenges or issues that may arise.
- Identify and prioritize operational priorities and workflow challenges, and adjust associate and staff assignments as needed to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Assist in the development and revision of operational policies and procedures to facilitate efficient workflow.
- Develop a deep understanding of workflows, procedures, and client-specific criteria for assigned clients.
- Resolve queries, account reviews, and provide training as needed.
- Drive production and quality to expected levels.
- Identify and address production and quality issues, and develop plans for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify payer issues and challenges, and implement fixes.
- Focus on team engagement and retention/absenteeism.
- Lead internal and external calls.
- Perform performance management and first-level escalation.
- Have expertise in denial management and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and ICD/CPT codes used on denials.
- Interact positively with team members, peer group, and seniors.
- Exceed performance targets and effectively prioritize individual and team tasks.
- Participate actively in project launch sessions to understand associate processes and track daily progress.
- Communicate effectively in front of groups, both large and small.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university.
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management domain.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills for AR calling in medical billing processes.

- Experience mentoring and training junior staff.
- Flexible mindset to learn.
- Excellent detail-oriented skills and highly reliable work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
