Transform the Telehealth Landscape
A forward-thinking leader is required to drive the growth and expansion of our telehealth services. This role entails strategic planning, revenue generation, and market development, ensuring operational excellence and scalability.
The ideal candidate will possess international experience, preferably in the maritime or industrial sectors, with a proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Commercial Strategy Development: Own and drive the commercial strategy for telehealth services, ensuring full accountability for revenue, pipeline, and market expansion.
- Go-to-Market Plans: Develop aggressive go-to-market plans and identify high-value growth opportunities across enterprise, B2B, and remote workforce segments.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage deep market intelligence to identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and innovative service models.
- Business Alignment: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align business objectives with sales performance and global expansion goals.
- Client Engagement: Lead high-stakes client engagement from initial prospecting through to closing and long-term account management.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with decision-makers in large organizations, including ship owners, corporate health partners, and insurance providers.
- Executive Representation: Represent CircleDV in executive meetings, global wellness forums, and industry events—positioning the brand as a premium, scalable wellness partner.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize large commercial contracts that deliver mutual value and long-term client success.
- User Adoption: Drive user adoption, monetization, and revenue growth across CircleDV's Telehealth and digital wellness platforms.
- Platform Optimization: Work with marketing and product teams to optimize platform offerings for target clients, improve conversion paths, and scale recurring revenue models.
- Pricing Strategies: Leverage analytics and platform insights to inform pricing strategies, digital campaign ROI, and service packaging.
- E-commerce Expansion: Explore and expand eCommerce or self-serve revenue channels as an additional sales stream.
- Sales Performance: Establish and manage dashboards for sales KPIs, deal velocity, win rates, and revenue forecasting.
- CRM Discipline: Ensure strong CRM discipline and data accuracy across all stages of the sales funnel.
- Insight-Driven Decisions: Deliver clear, data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, enabling faster decisions and resource alignment.
- Conversion Strategy: Use sales analytics to continuously improve conversion strategy, targeting, and territory management.
- Proposal Development: Lead preparation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and pitch presentations tailored for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Executive Meetings: Drive executive-level meetings and business reviews, clearly communicating ROI, strategic value, and implementation plans.
- Proposal Validation: Ensure proposals are backed by strong business cases and align with CircleDV's operational strengths and delivery capabilities.
- Sales Progress Reporting: Present regularly to internal leadership on sales progress, market expansion wins, and pipeline velocity.
- Interfunctional Collaboration: Work across product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure sales commitments translate into smooth delivery and client retention.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the commercial voice in internal planning—ensuring client needs, feedback, and growth priorities are reflected in service evolution.
- Culture Fostering: Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability across functions to deliver client impact at scale.
- Process Refining: Proactively refine sales playbooks, pricing approaches, and partner models to adapt to changing market dynamics.
Experience Requirements:
A bachelor's or master's degree in any of the following fields:
- Economics, Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Healthcare Management or other medical-related disciplines
Minimum 10+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, maritime, or service-based industries.
Proven track record in B2B sales, client management, and team leadership.
Strong ability to drive strategy and execution with clear commercial outcomes.
Exposure to maritime or remote workforce wellness.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms or wellness services.
