Project Manager Role

This is a critical position in our organization that requires strong leadership and project management skills. The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.

  • Develop and implement project plans using industry-standard methodologies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project budgets and financial resources effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement projects using Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers and projects.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
  • Build trusted client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support sales teams on pre-sales activity and proposals.
  • Adhere to governance and project reporting requirements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 15+ years of working experience.
  • 8+ years of effective Project Manager experience.
  • Experience working in reputable organizations.
  • Software implementation experience in project management/technical delivery management.
  • Proven track record of delivering large/medium software projects.
  • Good understanding of Risk, Fraud, Originations, Customer Onboarding domains.
  • Experience in delivering software solutions in Loan Originations, Fraud, Decisioning, Customer Management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certifications.
  • Willingness to travel (20-30%).

  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with internal and external teams.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Able to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to independently drive projects through to completion.
