Unlocking Growth in Construction and Building Materials
The Role:
- We are seeking an experienced industry growth strategist to drive revenue expansion for the Construction and Building Materials vertical.
- Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies tailored to sector-specific needs, fostering strong relationships with CXO-level executives across large enterprises and leading distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by owning and executing strategies for the Construction and Building Materials vertical.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to sector-specific needs.
- Nurture CXO-level relationships across large enterprises and leading distributors.
- Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business impact and solution value.
- Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and account expansion.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure strong pre- and post-sales engagement.
- Stay on top of industry trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and drive thought leadership.
You Are Someone Who:
- Has 5–8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably selling into construction, building materials, or related manufacturing/distribution industries.
- Proven success in enterprise sales, with the ability to close complex, high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of industry workflows: channel sales, supply chain, procurement, project management, and distributor engagement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions to construction or building material companies.
- Established network of CXOs, sector heads, and decision-makers in construction and building materials.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field.
