Job Opportunity for Growth

This role is focused on driving business expansion through strategic partnerships, client relationship development, and innovative growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, setting appointments with prospects, generating leads through various channels, and designing targeted email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads through market campaign follow-up and cold calling
  • Set appointments with qualified prospects
  • Generate leads through email, cold calling, and other channels
  • Research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources
  • Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns
  • Achieve quota of highly qualified leads per month and conversion to an opportunity
  • Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory plans to maximize productivity
  • Proper usage of CRM tools, email tools, database tools

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years experience in business development/lead qualification/telesales/inside sales or related field
  • Domestic/International calling experience (mandatory)
  • Fluency in regional languages (Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, etc.)
  • Experience in India, US, Europe, and other international markets for IT inside sales/sales
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing preferred
  • Proven track record at achieving measurable goals (number of appointments, lead quality, etc.)

Education:
