Job Title: Assistant Manager – Workforce Management

Key Highlights:

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling to ensure optimal staffing levels. This includes monitoring real-time adherence, shrinkage, and service levels across business units.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in workforce management within a BPO / shared services environment.
  • Expertise: Strong expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, scheduling, and real-time monitoring.
  • Skills: Proficiency in WFM tools and MS Excel (advanced level preferred).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead process improvements.
